The Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016 is a critical topic for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, particularly under GS Paper II (Social Justice and Governance) . The Jet Airways Case Study A prominent example of cross-border insolvency is the Jet Airways case. The airline found itself entangled in insolvency proceedings in both India and the Netherlands.
