The Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016 is a critical topic for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, particularly under GS Paper II (Social Justice and Governance) . It replaced the PwD Act of 1995 to comply with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD). Key Highlights of the RPwD Act, 2016 1. Really  its not for me or some  one..but its about every  girl  ...when a girl child is small she is been loved,cared by everyone  but when she grew up step by step ristrictions ,pressure,community groups  pressure  ets these all burdens are putted on her small shoulders ...n because  of  this she loose her power, strength, confidences  n many other things..,a girl when grew up she only need love,care...n faith....not boundaries  and ristrictions  which mske her small,lack of strength, a girl when goes through  this tromma  she really  just loose every thing at that moment. .,i know some of u were thinking that there are been ristricted for their protection  and wellfare but when she dose not feel safe n secure in her own house  and live in fear then how could she will face the problems in future...so please in the nsme of discipline  don't tie her in boundaries  let her free from these boundaries  then you really can she how the girl power make the world around ...n make u feel proud.
