This topic is known by everyone but nobody even tries to talk or have a conversation on it. Why this is so I don't even understand, today we live in the 21st century but we the mindset of the 70s and 80s. Many people have some issues regarding their mental health. "Mental Health" by using this word please don't take me wrong. Because many people think that mental health is something that is connected to madness or the unsound mind. this is the problem of our generation. They take everything lightly.
