The mismatch between the aspirations and stream choices.

๐ŸŒŸ The mismatch of aspirations and streams
Especially the rural girls are more prone to the dilemmas then boys-
According to the new report of ASER Around 60.5% of girls then 49.5% of boys are opting Arts and for STEM boys - 36.3%, girls  28.1% respectively .
๐Ÿ“ŒReason-
✍️Lack of counciling before opting the subjecs.
✍️Fear of missing out if they chose the different subjects from their fellow students.
✍️Lack of guidance and unclear vision, what they actually want to be in future.
✍️ Improper education system where the subject teachers are not so qualified in their subjects.
✍️ Sometimes the family pressure and societal aspirations with too many expectations creat the dilemma of choices.
✍️ Financial issues , STEM needs more of a practical and other anytical model based education which some can't afford.
✍️ The marksheet phobias where at last the most easy and scoring subject will get 90% then tough subjects "STEM" with 60 to 70% .
The percentage which they get in their marksheet in 10 plus 2 results to showcase is the real reason coming out from 4 to 5 years.

๐Ÿ“ŒSolution -
✍️ We need a proper monetering system which can analyse once mental as well as aptitude based grasing ability . So that the School premises on every level creat a separate preforming report and understand where a particular student can perform better. This would not only help them to clear their vision of life but also help them to be more confident with their capabilities.
As a result we would be getting more skilled students who will study without any baggage of stress, anxiety and depression based on performance.

"Studies are the building blocks of future infrastructure"

Half of the problem of unemployment and unskilled will be solved if the students will opt a right subject at right time.
