Dr. D.C. Wadhwa & Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. case of 1986

The Dr. D.C. Wadhwa & Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. case of 1986 is a cornerstone in the Indian judicial history, highlighting the delicate balance of power between the executive and legislative branches of government . The case stemmed from a practice that had become routine for the Bihar government: the re-promulgation of ordinances without legislative approval, a process that Dr. D.C. Wadhwa, an economics professor, found to be a subversion of democratic principles . The Supreme Court's decision in this case was a resounding affirmation of constitutional law and its supremacy over executive convenience. By declaring the practice of re-promulgating ordinances without legislative consent as unconstitutional, the court reinforced the necessity of legislative scrutiny and the impermanence of ordinances, which are meant to be emergency measures, not a backdoor for enacting laws. This landmark judgment serves as a reminder of the importance of checks and balances within

Tu kuch khaas hai

Tu kuch khaas hai ,tabhi to tu mere paas hai.
Akele nahi main,tu jo mere saath hai.
Zindagi lambi nahi to kya hua?
zindagi ko lamba jeene ke liye tu jo mere saath hai.
Khoobsoorat nahi mai,par tumse hi khoobsoorti ka matlab samaj aaya mujhe,
Jeene ki wajah na thi koi,par tumne wajah banana sikhaya mujhe..,
Tum mere saath ho to har pal mere saath hai,
Samay kam hi sahi par saath tumhare jazbaat hain,
Berangeeniyon me ranginiyaan tum laaye ho,
Halki baarishon ki boondon me tum hi to  samaaye ho,
Sooraj ki kirnon se mujhme barsaaye ho,
Kal ka pata nahi, kal kisne dekha hai,
Aaj jeekar hi maine jeena tumse seekha hai,
In shokiyon ki sookhi pattiyon se jo aawaaz mujhe bulaati hai,
Us aawaaz me teri chaarzoo kahin ghul si jaati hai,
zindagi choti hi sahi par jeene ke kaabil to hui,
Aaj ke roshan sitaron me main bhi kahin shaamil to hui.
Tujhme kuch to baat hai, tabhi to tu mere liye kuch khaas hai.,
Tu kuch khaas hai ,isliye to tu mere paas hai.
