In this life ,where each and every humen being is facing,frustration, anger,jalousie, greed and materialistic objects but no buddy is taking care of thereselves and belonging.every time some persons gets angry very easily so don't worry i have found some simple tricks which can make feel relaxed and more happier in life. First you should now that why you get angry ,on what reasons you get angry is there something from which you are going through or feeling alone .See dear readers you might be in position from which you are going through and you really need to talk to some one,if you are not in a state of talking to someone then you really need to follow these steps:-
1. meditation -i know you have heared about this or might readed somewhere but here im talking about something else if your mind dos't get in peace and you your mind is filled with negativities or polluted by some bad habbits due to which youf body reacts aggressively so just sit alone in a peace place where no one can see you or disturb you stay calm,listen your favourite music if you are sitting on garden then streatch your feet put your hands on your heart just feel music with your heart beats,or if you are not listening music then listen the music of nature that is birds sounds,murmurings, wind sound feel grass and even you can do that on a floar or if it dos't work then involve yourself in your favourite hobbies or try something new in your life.
2. Wright :-you know the research say that around 70%of your stress or anger goes by writing ,if you write your good od bad experiences you can feel relaxed and if you are worried that someone can read that then just write your anger ,frustration on a paper and put it on to the fire,just burn that.but remember do not harm yourself. If someone cheated you,troubled you then don't ttake lightly just go to that person and say i am happy for you ,stay cool in your life you know that i am feeling hurted but that was your choice to trouble me from now onwards i erase you from my life forever i hope i,ll never see you again and just say akhiri salaam ,you know after saying all this might that person pretend that he/she is not affected but the reason is that by saying alk this to that person you are making that person feel guilty.after doing all thus just dance in your favourite music,cheer yourself and feel that you are special and no one can become like you and things which you left behind was not made for you .I know you were thinking that it's easy to write or say like this but it is really difficult ,i know its difficult but believe me when that person will see you in such a good position he will really realise your loss from their life.
3. Always remember that you are a dictator of your life .
Its up to you that how you dictate your life.when ever you feel angry or unhappy just think about some funny incident then you will automatically smile and if you practice this you 'll really get control on your angef you can also talk to yourself in a raised voice just like and actor,or assume someone in a comic role all these things can really charge you and boost your enery.so next time when you feel angry just get that anger out don't keep in your heart otherwise it will spoil your energy.so goodluck for my readers and hope that you can control your anger.
