                          Comparative Analysis  Delimitation is the process of redrawing the boundaries of electoral constituencies to ensure fair representation based on population changes . In India, it is conducted by the Delimitation Commission , an independent body established under Article 82 (for Lok Sabha) and Article 170 (for State Assemblies) after every Census . Navaraatra the festival of colourful  dresses in garba,faith to goddesses durga,maakaali,sarashwati,ambe what ever name you choose to call maa ambe they all are one ek roop..shakti. shailputtri,brahamachaarani,chandraghanta,kooshmanda,skandmaata,kaatyaayni,kaalraatri,mahagauri,siddhidaatri..maa.
.these all goddesses  are worshipped  in these nine days..all these nine goddesses  are the roops of ma durga. .....
.this festival is celebrated  in two seasons in summer and winter as shaardiya Navaraatra.and on the tenth day we celebrate  vijaydashmi ,ramnavmi...on raam navmi ,vijaydashmi  we celebrate dussehera in this day lord ram defeated raavan (lankadhipati raavan) and it is beleaved that on this day all eveil things are destroyed  and happiness  begins because shree ram got victory and with sita maata and lakshamann came to aayodhya.after completing 14 years vanvaas .that is why we celebrate deepawali after dussehera in which people of aayodhya lightned the clay maded diya...and made whole aayodhya lightfull and brightning.

.durga pooja is very much rich in cultures,faith,kanya poojan as small little girls are worshipped and in every durga pooja devoties house kanyapoojan is done in which we wash these girls feet,apply ambe maa's kumkum on their forehead and aalta on their feets and give them poori,halwa,kheer to eat as well as when they complete  their kanya bhojan we give some money,fruits,red chunri,chocolates, and what ever they ask for..in our indian culture these girls are worshipped  as goddesses. .in bengauli  culture on last day of durga pooja womens play sindoor holi...which looks  so amazing  to see when all womens  where red bordered  white saari which looks absolutely  pure,lovely...people  in kolkata in these nine days where  ever they are they just come to celebrate  this auspicious  festival  wholeheartedly and enjoy with their loved ones..
