Dr. D.C. Wadhwa & Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. case of 1986

The Dr. D.C. Wadhwa & Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. case of 1986 is a cornerstone in the Indian judicial history, highlighting the delicate balance of power between the executive and legislative branches of government . The case stemmed from a practice that had become routine for the Bihar government: the re-promulgation of ordinances without legislative approval, a process that Dr. D.C. Wadhwa, an economics professor, found to be a subversion of democratic principles . The Supreme Court's decision in this case was a resounding affirmation of constitutional law and its supremacy over executive convenience. By declaring the practice of re-promulgating ordinances without legislative consent as unconstitutional, the court reinforced the necessity of legislative scrutiny and the impermanence of ordinances, which are meant to be emergency measures, not a backdoor for enacting laws. This landmark judgment serves as a reminder of the importance of checks and balances within

Three steps to become successful

We have found that many successful  person's  do not share secrets  of their success. If some persons are asked give some tips on how you can achieve  your goal,or how you can become successful  in your life,businessetc..
Every  successful  man or a women do have a story behind their success which has motivated  them to achieve  their goal.
These persons or we say great persons have achieved  so much because  of their inner power which means motivation...
The very famous dialogue  of one film says the whole story of  being successful  in  your life that is"the only person who can defeat  you is yourself " so until you find yourself  as a winner and think that only you  can defeat  yourself and none other can defeat  you ...you will  ultimately  become a winner  from that  moment but it should not become egoistic and overconfidence.
winner should be down to earh always so that you could make your weak points as your strength.
So.1. self motivation
2. hard work     -without hardwork you can become like a garbage like if you have bought  a supercars which is excellent  in speed, milage, looks every thing is superb  but if you don't  drive it and put it in garage for a long time you will found  that supercar now become  garbage  ,it is not working, engin doesn't  work  properly  ..and many other probleems.
So my point is that if a super car can become a garbage  without running, so we are humens our mind ,body changes  every second .so work hard.
3. Most important  thing you should love your work, you should be passionate  about your work because if you only do not love your work then you will  loose control on success.

So these were my personel opinions  as per my experiences. .if you want to  become successful  in your life then hurry up try these three point in your life.goodluck..
