The Dr. D.C. Wadhwa & Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. case of 1986 is a cornerstone in the Indian judicial history, highlighting the delicate balance of power between the executive and legislative branches of government . The case stemmed from a practice that had become routine for the Bihar government: the re-promulgation of ordinances without legislative approval, a process that Dr. D.C. Wadhwa, an economics professor, found to be a subversion of democratic principles . The Supreme Court's decision in this case was a resounding affirmation of constitutional law and its supremacy over executive convenience. By declaring the practice of re-promulgating ordinances without legislative consent as unconstitutional, the court reinforced the necessity of legislative scrutiny and the impermanence of ordinances, which are meant to be emergency measures, not a backdoor for enacting laws. This landmark judgment serves as a reminder of the importance of checks and balances within

Secrets that brilliant students use every day for their studies.

In this competitive world there are many people who work hard but after so much hard work and  sleepless nights also they phase failure and all this happens because just before their exam the fear and anxiety disorder which continues revolve in their subconscious mind remove and erase all the useful information from their mind and as a result when they appear in their exams while seeing that question paper they ask to themselves that is this the question paper?  Have I ever read this topic? And so on.

But brilliant people are totally different they use few techniques to overcome all these difficulties.
These techniques are:-

1.       they usually study at night between 9-12 pm because at this time our mind becomes more active to learn and remember everything.

2.    They make small sticky notes of difficult topics in the form of stories and revise it every time while they see that short sticky notes. *this is a 100% working idea that everyone should use to get success
.
3.    Time management skills.  This is a very important skill that every student should learn.  So a brilliant Student always fools their friends by playing, Internet browning or any kind of distraction thing. By doing this he conveniently wastes his friends time and when he is alone he uses that time for studying. In this way, he is chilling out with his friends so that after some time when he is alone none of his friends calls him, or distracts him. And he can study without any stress.

4.   There should be a time break between every one hour because continues study without any break can give stress to your unconscious mind.

5.     It is very important to follow model test papers of previous years because it gives you the idea of questions coming in the exams as well as your preparation get an extra advantage than others.

brilliant strategies
6.    Never study for the whole night by breaking your sleep.
Sleep is a natural medicine for your mind so it becomes more important to give some rest to your mind. Just like we reboot our phones and pc to prevent the device from going hang and freeze.

7.    Never study just before exams because when you study just before the exam you forget everything due to over information. Just like our price and mobiles our minds storage is also limited and filling extra information into your mind erase important data from your mind.

8.     It's a rule of breathing that whenever someone is in stress he or she must take deep breath three times because our stress becomes a hurdle which tries to stop oxygen from reaching to the whole body especially to our Mind. So deep breathing before an exam helps your mind to become stress-free.

9.     Self motivate your self that I am going to pass out this exam just before appearing in the exams. *positive approach turns into a miraculous result.

10.      Never leave your answer sheet blank just write whatever you remember about that topic. And linking one topic to another makes your answer more convenient and correct.
