We clean our house,clean clothes,our belonging s but what about our mind ,you know our mind collects more than 10,000 garbage per hour in form of unreasonable ,unwanted toxic information which can ruin your mind just in a milliseconds.
So it becomes more important to clear your mind,clean it with good thoughts.you know clean minds are more successful than that of a uncleaned and unclear minds.meditation is a technique which will help you to clean your mind and soul together. our life is full of burdens,thoughts wether it is negative or positive through our eyes our ears we see and imagine , create thoughts .If hear something same happens but you know what these thought are collected into your mind inform of information and tries to capture your mind.if you have a good controled mind then you can save yourself from getting into the wrong direction but what if you got trapped by your negative and malicious thoughts  which creates anguish,anger,frustration, short-temperedness and more bad effects.
Meditation can give the great help to replan,recreate your thoughts .You might be aware of your unconscious mind .Your unconscious mind collects these thoughts and fill your mind with that garbage and as a result you fail in your goal,not able to focus on your vision,you feel alone, depressed, sometimes it may happen that you like no one around you and when you are going through these situations your body leaves it's control. you might feel sick,unwell. So the only solution is that you should meditate because it gives you calm, peace of mind, relaxation.
