Dr. D.C. Wadhwa & Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. case of 1986

The Dr. D.C. Wadhwa & Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. case of 1986 is a cornerstone in the Indian judicial history, highlighting the delicate balance of power between the executive and legislative branches of government . The case stemmed from a practice that had become routine for the Bihar government: the re-promulgation of ordinances without legislative approval, a process that Dr. D.C. Wadhwa, an economics professor, found to be a subversion of democratic principles . The Supreme Court's decision in this case was a resounding affirmation of constitutional law and its supremacy over executive convenience. By declaring the practice of re-promulgating ordinances without legislative consent as unconstitutional, the court reinforced the necessity of legislative scrutiny and the impermanence of ordinances, which are meant to be emergency measures, not a backdoor for enacting laws. After a great fall there's a new bright sun rise

After a great fall there's a bright and beautiful sunrise and this is a great teaching which my teacher gave me through her teachings. saying thankyou is not enough but still I tried to express my gratitude towards her as she is my role model and also a mother figure into my life I just wanna say Ma'am I'm grateful for your presence into my life.
written few lines for you...
I know it's not enough but I tried to express through my words.

"When everything goes wrong
And life goes very tough
When I loose my hopes
And stuck into a gruff
I remember your words
A healing always preferred"

Whenever I had a great fall
On my shoulders a great haul
Darkness all around just like
A giant black hole
I listen to your voice on my mind
Finding a hope and making me remind
That I worth it and deserve the best
I have to work hard without any rest

When the ship of my goals
divert into a  sea of dilemma
Your advice And teachings
Becomes a guiding star
Clearing that fog of dilemma

Your blessings made me realize
That after every great fall there's a
New bright sun rise
