Dr. D.C. Wadhwa & Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. case of 1986

The Dr. D.C. Wadhwa & Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. case of 1986 is a cornerstone in the Indian judicial history, highlighting the delicate balance of power between the executive and legislative branches of government . The case stemmed from a practice that had become routine for the Bihar government: the re-promulgation of ordinances without legislative approval, a process that Dr. D.C. Wadhwa, an economics professor, found to be a subversion of democratic principles . The Supreme Court's decision in this case was a resounding affirmation of constitutional law and its supremacy over executive convenience. By declaring the practice of re-promulgating ordinances without legislative consent as unconstitutional, the court reinforced the necessity of legislative scrutiny and the impermanence of ordinances, which are meant to be emergency measures, not a backdoor for enacting laws. This landmark judgment serves as a reminder of the importance of checks and balances within

The reality of Women Empowerment

In this modern era ...
of equality, individuality, and technological advancement when so-called elite and sensible #society instruct women or a girl child what to wear, how to walk, how to talk and behave is ridiculous. Every individual knows how to present themselves in front of others but only pointing out ladies you should wear these, loose wait you look fat, you only have to manage home it's your job. Is this the way to treat women? Why we are being blamed for the mischiefs of others(man)? I'm not talking about every man but because of some so-called muscular men, women are being caged mentally. Their freedom of work, expression, and individuality is being targeted all the time. If she is a working woman coming late from the #job she is targeted and pointed out for being late.

➡️when I open the newspaper reading the crime happening with a girl child it hurts my soul from within.

➡️Why we are failing to provide effective #security to every woman.

➡️ it's not only about the women but if we are saying that we are growing in terms of #education policies, technological advancement, inventions #infrastructure so why we are witnessing such crimes day by day?

➡️ there are thousands of pending cases in the courts only one judge over one lakh cases in India. So one can think that we should also think about strengthening the #judicial systems.

➡️The education system we are witnessing especially in #india is just for the sake of money.

➡️If the education system will get stronger, the value of education should be given at the grassroots level then indirectly the crime rate will get reduced.

➡️For a better and more secure society we need to #work on the security of an individual so they can feel safe while walking alone on streets at night.

➡️Implementation of security cameras in rural areas are a must. The education policies are only on paper because if you go to any village and see their conditions you will realize the truth.

➡️If we are talking about women's empowerment then it is must make sure that hurting them mentally, body shamming, and giving the wrong values that only a girl will do households stuff, only they are responsible for being harassed and they do not have the freedom to speak and sit on the higher positions in society then I'm sorry to say but it is also violence against them.
⚠️Here I'm strictly talking about the rural areas where women are still not getting their real identities and they are still in the hope for a new sunshine.

These are my personal views based on the circumstances and experiences I got during my visits to villages. If some of you disagree that's your choice but next time when you give a lecture on women's empowerment then please visit any village and see the conditions and dreadful circumstances in which they are living till now.
