#Me Fighting with #depression
It's so annoying when the crowd of some mindful humen beings knowingly make fun of your #mentalhealth .
some might get that giggle for a minute and some satisfied with that one moment making others regret why they #share there emotional weakness in front of the crowd who doesn't even think how others feel when they creat such a bad circumstance in front of the person who really need the emotional support to heal his/her mental state.
being depressed doesn't mean that someone is mad or emotional fool but it's a state of emotional breakdown where it is must to take care of that person who is going through this state of mind.
when I'm depressed I cry a lot to throw the negativity outside . every tear comes out with certain feelings that was holded in soul for so long.
🌸#The self nurturing is the biggest issue in today's era.
people doesn't think about that.
🌸Some are introvert and some extrovert so here is a big difference between both of these personalities.
every individual faces this emotional breakdown and have different perspective to solve or the best word in my case is to heal ourselves.
🌸if you can't say it then express it whether in form of anger,cry or anything which you find the best healing natural tablet for you.
🌸You can't let yourself die without a reason. God has given you this life so live it. I know you feel exhausted sometimes,sometimes alone but it's the process of life to make you more tough.
🌸Don't ever allow anyone to enter your personal space, here personal space I mean is your favorite place or calming activity through which you heal yourself.
🌸Don't ever judge yourself. it's a biggest mistake we do during these kinda circumstances . so just give your self a bit time to release your burden and pamper yourself.
🌸The crowd are no one to question your health and wellness. Always remember that only you are responsible for your situation so take care of yourself and live the way you want.
❤️I have recovered from my depression many times through my personal healing activities. I usually cry a lot,paint and write and the music helps me a lot for bringing the nurturing natural medicine into my life.
