This topic is known by everyone but nobody even tries to talk or have a conversation on it. Why this is so I don't even understand, today we live in the 21st century but we the mindset of the 70s and 80s. Many people have some issues regarding their mental health. "Mental Health" by using this word please don't take me wrong. Because many people think that mental health is something that is connected to madness or the unsound mind. this is the problem of our generation. They take everything lightly. If they are feeling depressed they don't even let you know about that because they think about others what other people will say about them. People don't talk much about their problems and due to that they face problems of extra thinking, sometimes it happens they get angry at others without any reasons, sometimes even a normal sound like sneezing or chewing food sounds makes them angry. They started feeling low or might have a misunderstanding about their family m...

We clean our house,clean clothes,our belonging s but what about our mind ,you know our mind collects more than 10,000 garbage per hour in form of unreasonable ,unwanted toxic information which can ruin your mind just in a milliseconds. So it becomes more important to clear your mind,clean it with good thoughts.you know clean minds are more successful than that of a uncleaned and unclear minds.meditation is a technique which will help you to clean your mind and soul together. our life is full of burdens,thoughts wether it is negative or positive through our eyes our ears we see and imagine , create thoughts .If hear something same happens but you know what these thought are collected into your mind inform of information and tries to capture your mind.if you have a good controled mind then you can save yourself from getting into the wrong direction but what if you got trapped by your negative and malicious thoughts  which creates anguish,anger,frustration, short-temperedness and more...

1800 से 1900 का समय आदिवासियों के लिए बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण और एक अमिट छाप छोड़ने वाले समय के रूप में आज भी याद किया जाता है,जब अंग्रेजों का जुल्म अपने चरम पर था और ज़मीदार आदिवासियों से उन्ही की ज़मीन पर खेती के लिए कभी न चुका पाने वाला कर वसूल रहे थे।जिस समय लोगों में अज्ञानता ,गुलामी,भय अपने चरम सीमा पर थी उस अंधेरे को प्रकाश में बदलने के लिए सदी के महानायक ,आदिवासियों के मसीहा कहे जाने वाले अलौकिक छवी के धनी " भगवान बिरसा मुंडा " का जन्म 15 नवंबर 1875 को रांची जिले में  कर्मी मुंडा व सुगना मुंडा के पुत्र के रूप में हुआ।कर्मी मुंडा जो कि आयुभातु गाओं के रहनेवाली थी , दीवार मुंडा की बड़ी बेटी थी,  सुगना मुंडा का जन्म उलिहातू में हुआ था  । बिरसा मुंडा जी के 5 संताने थी जिसमे 3 लड़के एवं 2 लड़कियां थी ,जिनके नाम कोटा,बिरसा,कान्हू तीन भाई एवं 2 बहने जिनके नाम थे दासकिर एवं चम्पा। बिरसा का बचपन चलकड़ में उनके माता -पिता के साथ बीता ।अन्य परिवारों की ही तरह बिरसा का बचपन भी साधारण तरीके से ही बीता जहां हरियाली की छाव ,प्रकृति का स्नेह उन्हें भरपूर मिला।बिरसा बहुत जल्दी हर कार्य मे कुश...

जब तक सर पर बड़े बूढ़ों का साथ रहता है तब तक हम फलते फूलते हैं,उनकी कहानियों की गहराई कुछ नया सिखाती है,ऐसे ही बाल सफेद नही होते ,इतने सालों का तजुर्बा और ज़िन्दगी की उड़ान उन्हें इस खूबसूरती से नवाजती है।जब कभी लगे कि तुम परेशान हो, किसी बड़ी मुसीबत में फंस गए हो,बाहर निकलने का जब हर दरवाज़ा तुम्हे बंद नज़र आए तब अपने बुजुर्गों के पास बैठो उन्हें अपनी परेशानियों से अवगत कराओ।तुम्हे हर मुसीबत का हल मिल जाएगा।मैने हमेशा मेरी अम्मा (दादीमाँ) से बहुत से किस्से ,कहानियाँ सुनी,उन कहानियों में कभी महाभारत तो कभी भागवत गीता का सार समझ आता था , कभी रामायण का अध्याय तो कभी अनसुनी कहानियों से नई सीख मिलती थी।अफसोस... आज जब देश के हर कोनों में वृद्धाश्रम की बढ़ती तादाद दिखाई पड़ती है, तब बहुत दुख होता है, जिस माँ ने तुम्हे हर बुरी नज़र से बचाने के लिए अपनी गोद मे संभाले रखा ,तुम्हे अपने स्नेह से सवाँरा... ,जिस पिता की बाहों में तुमने चहल कदमी की..  ,जिसके कंधो के सहारे तुमने ऊंचाइयों को करीब से देखा आज उसी की लाठी बन उसे सहारा देने से कतराते हो। शर्म आनी चाहिए ऐसे लोगों को जो अपनी झूठी आज़ादी और झूठी शा...

इस समय हम सब covid19 जो कि अब महामारी का रूप ले चुकी है ,ऐसे में लाज़मी है कि सब सबसे पहले खुद को बचाने का प्रयत्न करने की जद्दोजहत में लगे हैं,घरों से निकलना बंद हो गया है,सड़के भी सूनी हो चली हैं,पृथ्वी की हरियाली भले ही लौट आयी हो पर जीवन अस्त व्यस्त है ,इतना ही नही जो लोग अपने घरों से दूर किसी अनजान बस्ती में फंस गए हैं,उन्हें भी अब घर लौटने का इंतेज़ार है।माना कि इस वक़्त हम सभी एक बहुत बड़ी मुसीबत से जूझ रहे हैं,काल के गाल में कई जाने समा गई लेकिन इसका ये मतलब तो नही की जो लोग मजबूर है,लाचार है।उनकी मदद करने की बजाए उन्हें बैजत कर दूर भगा दें। अपने अंदर की इंसानियत को न मारो।आज जो मुसीबत में है उनकी मदद करो।जो इतनी मुद्दतों के बाद घर लौटे हैं,उनसे इंसानियत भरा व्यवहार करें,नही तो ये महामारी भले ही उन्हें छू तक ना पाए पर आपके द्वारा ऐसा व्यवहार उन्हें अंदर ही अंदर खा जाएगा।हर इंसान चाहता है कि उसकी इज़्ज़त हो,आदर सत्कार हो।इससे गरीबी और अमीरी का कोई वास्ता नही।सब एक ही माटी के बने हैं और सबको इसी में एक दिन समा जाना है।मैने इंसानियत को मरते देखा है ,लोग जिस तरह का व्यवहार कर रहे हैं वो द...
